A note on inserting foam cushions into the covers. We've often used the following system which makes it much easier. Put the foam in a large plastic bag, then "suck" out all the air with a vacuum cleaner which shrinks the foam to about a third of the original size. Then seal the end off the bag, and insert the compressed foam into the cushion cover. Once the foam is inside the cover, tear the bag off the foam (guess you could leave the bag on the foam, but have never tried that). We were told of this "trick" by a local upholstery shop.
