I entered the first Mackinac to Manitoulin race this past week with Mollikett, an Alberg 37 MkII sloop. We ended up winning the cruising class by a wide margin. Everyone seemed very surprised that an old classic design did so well. She out pointed all except the truly race boats and overtook other boats in the light air. Needless to say I was very pleased with Mollikett's performance. John
