Another difference between the MK-I and the MK-IIs and MK-IIIs is that on the MK-I the companionway is offset to starboard whereas the MK-II is offset to port. Incidently, SUNSTONE (John Birch's boat) is a "transition" MK-I in that a lot of the interior is like that of a MK-II, but the exterior in most respects (perhaps all respects) is a MK-I. I can state categorically that SALLY ANNE is a MK-II, as several A-37s with hull numbers below that of SALLY ANNE have visited us in Kinsale, VA on their way south (TUULI, #82) or we have actually been aboard(INDIGO DUSK, #80; and they were definately MK-IIs.
