has anyone added insulation to their icebox.Conventional advice seems to suggest that 4" is the best for r value. when I lifted the counter I was expecting a cavity but found a moulded wall app. 2" thick. There is an open space internally at the top intersection which appears to be fibreglass but no insulation. The previous owner reported no problems in a two year trip down to Trinadad using a 12 volt e-z cold plate but, we thought we would try to improve the box in preperation for our own trip south. We have thought about relining the inside of the box with more insulation and a new liner but installation of a one piece liner looks impractical. The hull is a Mark 2 and thirty-two years old ,would anybody know what the built spec was on those ice boxes. thx
