Classic full-keel Bluewater cruising sailboat, at a fraction of what they normally sell for. She needs to sell this week. I have her at a dock for easy showing and am continuing upgrades etc all this week.  Great deal on a well found yacht.

*Rock solid bullet proof Bluewater boat, with classic lines and great sailing qualities.

*40 feet overall with 10 1/2 feet of Beam. 5 1/2 feet draft, full keel.

*Perkins 4-108 50 hp inboard diesel starts and runs very well. Only about 300 hours since rebuild.

*Full set of sails, all in very good shape, with very new Mainsail with only a couple hundred hours. Full batten. Cost $6500.

*5 sails total I believe, including storm sails that have never been used.

*Awlgrip paint on deck done in 2009. Cost $4000 bucks.

*Good standing and running rigging.

*2 Large Solar panels with new regulator/battery monitor, installed April of 2010.

*2 Group 31 AGM batteries for house loads, installed April, 2010. Battery compartment can take 2 more(4 total).

*1 1000 amp starting battery.

A great yacht with amazing potential after some cosmetic cleanup, small project finishing,etc. Would make an awesome liveaboard. I should know, I lived aboard her for 3 years and the previous owners lived aboard her for over 20 years!
